| Marvin has more than 30 years of experience in organizational development focused in audit, accounting, and quality control. He has been with Divine, Scherzer, & Brody, Ltd. since 1987 and was previously a partner with an international CPA and consulting firm. His practice focuses on financial and audit work for small and middle market companies.
He is also president and member of the board and the loan committee of the St. Paul Metro East Development Corporation. In this capacity, he oversees the approval of SBA 504 loans granted by the Agency in Ramsey, Washington, and Dakota Counties.
In 1994, he was honored as the Minnesota Small Business Accountant Advocate by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
He received a BSB in accounting from the University of Minnesota and is in the process of obtaining his Masters in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of St. Thomas. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Minnesota Society of CPAs.
