In addition to more than 20 years of providing traditional accounting and consulting services to a diverse group of commercial, governmental, and nonprofit clients, Will has earned a distinguished reputation for his expertise in fraud and forensic accounting. These specialized services have included investigation and reporting on malfeasance, misappropriation, defalcation, improper and/or fraudulent financial record keeping, accounting and reporting; review and analysis of internal controls; identifying hidden or diverted funds; economic damage assessment; records reconstruction; workers’ compensation fraud; and contract compliance.

Will is a member of The American College of Forensic Examiners and has been awarded the designation of Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Accounting. His extensive knowledge of internal controls and years of investigative experience led to his being awarded status as a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Fraud Specialist. He is a member of the Internatinal Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Association of Certified Fraud Specialists.

A CPA licensed in New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Delaware, Vermont, and Connecticut, Will serves as Chair of Bollam, Sheedy, Torani & Co. LLP, CPAs Quality Control Committee.

He received a BA in Economics from Union College and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
